The Hidden Villages in the world of Naruto each have their own unique variations on the ninja uniform. The basic uniform consists off a flak jacket which holds scrolls, a pouch attached to the thigh that holds kunai and shuriken and a back pouch that contains more kunai, shuriken, exploding notes or caltrops.spandex costumes

Each village has a standard on how Chuunins and Jounins are distinguished, but as a whole, Leaf Village is pretty lenient on how exactly one should be dressed. Chuunins and above wear a dark green flak jacket that goes down to the waist, and you could either button it, or just let it loose like Maito Gai.

The basic outfit of an officer in the Konoha Military Police Corps resembles the ninja outfit on a normal Konoha Chuunin or Jounin. However, instead of bearing the swirl on the upper arm, it bears the patch of the Corps.
